Her passion towards Graphology stemmed when she realised that it was the easiest but most effective tool to simplify the most complex things at a glance. It struck with her that Graphology was a field of study that could be taken up by anyone, without any restrictions, and its universality was its beauty that made it so useful in all spheres of life. In her eyes, if one could understand the mind with such ease, one could understand anybody, and this better understanding of others could uplift every sphere of one’s life – health, wealth, relationships, and more.
 
Hence, this passion of hers transformed into a mission and vision when she chose to start Nirvaanalife’s Institute, to share this knowledge of the human mind with the world. She found the purpose of her life in creating not just an Institute, but a place where people can learn, grow and sufficiently be themselves. Through teaching Graphology and other self-development courses in classrooms and beyond, she has created a meaningful path for the organization, where learning grows beyond information.
 
With a strong team of executives, skilled trainers and professional analysts, Nirvaanalife’s Institute continues to grow from one classroom to many, and from a few students and clients to thousands.
 
Sushama loves to read, write, paint and travel. Mostly, when she’s travelling, her creative mind strikes inspiration and sets the foundation for various self-development tools such as the yearly Goal Diary, Monthly Planners and Therapy Workbooks,which are a part of Nirvaanalife’s Institute’s product line.
 
Being an active member of various community organizations, she believes that there should always be a give-back to the society at every level. She effectively finds a way to do so by either running social programs through Nirvaanalife’s Institute, or through the other organizations that she is linked with.
